How much is the deposit?

A $500.00 deposit is required for all functions at the time of booking to reserve your date. The deposit is non-transferable if the event is canceled. The entire deposit is credited to the balance of the billing. Full estimated payment shall be made 7 days in advance of the function unless credit has been established to the satisfaction of the club. A 1.5% late charge per month shall be added to any unpaid balance.

What is the duration of the rental, i.e. 3-midnight; 4-midnight, 8 hours, 7 hours, etc.?

These fees apply to a five- hour maximum usage. Each hour exceeding this time will carry an additional fee of $200.00. All functions must end by 12pm midnight.

Can we bring our own wine and is there a corkage fee or bartender fee for servicing our wine?

You can bring your own wine. However there is a corkage fee of $10.00 per bottle. Non-member gratuity is 20%.
